FITTING INFORMATION

Our ZERO DS engineers will arrive at your chosen address and talk through the installation process with you. At ZERO DS, we understand the importance of practicality when you're on the job, so we will discuss any of your personal preferences that may apply to fitting, such as positioning of the tank or mounting of hose reels. 

We aim to have your system installed and ready for work within 5 hours of arrival. This includes a full and thorough test of the system. 

Our ZERO DS engineers will demonstrate step by step how to use your new system, including answering any questions you may have. We will also provide customised advice on maintaining your system. 

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

Where applicable, our systems include Service Packages. This provides you with your first set of replacement Pre-Filters & 25LT of DI Resin. If your system includes a service package, this will be listed on your quote and included in the price. 

Access to a water supply. Yes, that's it! Once we have fitted your system, we ensure everything is in perfect working order by completing a few simple tests. For most customers, this supply will be your external tap. In some cases, such as delivery only systems, we will need access to your pure water source. This could be a SPOTLESS WATER outlet or similar.

Our ZERO DS engineers carry everything they need to professionally install your system, including their own power supply. 

Our ZERO DS engineers will provide detailed advice regarding maintenance of your system. We also provide controller instructions, a few spare fittings and fuses.

When the time comes to change the resin or filters on your system, all replacement equipment can be purchased from our trusted supplier - ZERO DS WFP SUPPLIES. You can visit their website here or speak to them directly on 01473 758450.
